I'd just like to say that "Hey Mister" is the song I hope I'll be listening to when I meet my future husband, simply because of the blunt-ness of the lyrics. It's hilarious. I love it. |

I love it too. My favourite lyric is "When I'm horny like thirsty, She's a bottle of water."
Custom is really just a tall dude from New York named Duane Lavold. I saw him at Edgefest and Hey Mister was definitely a highlight. |

that was my favorite part of the song too, but the chorus just rocks....
its not what you did,
its not what you didn't
she's got a perfect body and
now I'm all up in it
its not: shes a tramp
its not: shes not pure
she just likes getting her fuck on
and its a good one of that I'm sure.... |

I own the cd fast, his debute cd, and it is totally awesome! there isn't a single song on there that is anything like the others on the cd, or any on the radio. Custome is really on eof the most talented musicians I have ever known of. |

I feel the same. I love Fast, and have been waiting for another CD since. "Streets" is one of the best songs I've ever heard. Did this guy just want to make a hit and then disappear? |

Fast was an amazing album which I still find my self listening to from time to time, when I first heard it it blew me away... This announcement about a new album better not be a joke, i;ve been waiting a long time.
I also just discover that besides his directing the video for his single "Hey Mister", Custom aka Duane Lavold, also directed a feature film LImp which I haven't seen and apparently has yet to be released commercially even though it has been completed for awhile... like since '99.
anyway,
peace |
