This song.....rocks!!
I have only heard it once - it debuted at #27 on the Thursday 30 tonight. But it kicks ass.

Straight up solid rock song. Sort of in the spirit of The Strokes' Last Nite. A good tone in the holler too. I like it! |

I just realized what this tune reminds me of. It reminds me of a young Alice Cooper. Trust me, this is a good thing. Before Alice became all about the snakes and make up, he was an awesome singer song-writer with a pure stripped down rock style reminiscent of this tune from Jet. I'm talkin about I'm Eighteen and Is It My Body. I dare any of you youngsters to download "I'm Eighteen" and "Is It My Body" from Alice Cooper and not love it. We need more tunage like this, The White Stripes and The Strokes. |

Does anyone remember the Warner Bros cartoon of the three little pigs jazz band and the big bad wolf who tried to join ('you gotta be hot to play real cool'). I'm sure that the bass line comes from this cartoon. What do you think? |

yeah... jet is pretty good. that song rocks too! i gott he opportunity to listen to their album breifly the other day, and theres a lot of pretty cool stuff on there...they actually remind me sorta of the beatles with some of their slow tunes. but yeah...rock on |

It's an original composition by aussie rockers Jet. You probably think it's a remake of Iggy Pop's Lust For Life b/c the tunes have identical openings. |

its a kick-ass song from a band that unfortunately i haven't heard other songs, so i dont know their music 'style'.But i can only say that this song is good enough to buy their record.And thats what i'm gonna do.Please if you have any kind of information about jet or their music please communicate with me!This song is one the best tracks i've heard in 2003! |

Mike, you're right!! It's the same tune!! I love this song, and i'm so glad that today new bands sound like old rock school.. the video it's also very cool, it's just right for the song.. i just hope that the rest of the album have the same actitud.. pure rock & roll!! |
