There's only about six weeks to go before we in the SLS commitee finalize the tracklist for SLS12. Here are the tunes that will get serious consideration.

I'm listing them in order of their likeliness to make the cut, so the shoe-ins are listed first and the tunes on the bubble are listed last.

I'm convinced that you should have one of the Greenday songs included. Their new CD is powerful, and I have no complaints about it. Greenday deserves a spot on SLS 12.

But there is a Green Day tune listed...in fact, we're just debating whether it will be "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" or "American Idiot".

A Green Day tune will appear on SLS12...no worries.
